That’s why we ensure your favorite dried fruits and nuts are delivered to you with the same care and attention that goes into sourcing and preparing them. Our shipping process is designed to protect the freshness, quality, and taste of every product we send out.

1. Order Processing

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed the next working day.
During festive seasons, sales, or peak demand, processing may take slightly longer — but rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Delivery Network

We proudly deliver across India, bringing the natural goodness of dried fruits and nuts from our farms to your doorstep.
Trusted courier partners help us maintain freshness and ensure timely delivery.
At present, international delivery is not available.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (e.g., Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
Remote and Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Note: These are estimated timelines. External factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays may sometimes extend delivery times.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to follow your order’s journey.
Our support team is always ready to assist if you face difficulties tracking your package.

5. Packaging Promise

Every product is sealed in airtight, food-grade pouches that lock in freshness.
For delicate items, we add extra layers of protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
We are committed to using eco-friendly materials wherever possible to reduce environmental impact.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package.
If you are not available, they may contact you directly.
In case of undelivered or returned packages, we will connect with you to arrange re-dispatch.

7. Handling Issues

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
If the package appears tampered, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us immediately.
In case of lost or delayed shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue at the earliest.

8. Gifting & Special Requests

Many of our customers choose dried fruits and nuts as thoughtful gifts for festivals, weddings, and celebrations.
If you’d like your package delivered on a special date, you can mention this in the order notes at checkout. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates in every case, we always do our best to honor such requests.
